THE BRIEF
Texas-based motorcycle club reached out to me after watching one of my videos on Reddit and asked me to help them with a club badge. IMAGE is an acronym for the small suburbs in which they live, (Irving, Mansfield, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Euless), but the majority of the group are from South Asia. They are often involved in fund raisers for people in need in the community, organising charity rides and rallying round small business and restaurants by planning their rides around their spots

THE SOLUTION
As the IMAGE Riders’ whole ethos revolves around being helpful and friendly, I had to do away with the typical intimidating style often associated with biker clubs (no skulls or flames here). Instead I revolved the whole design around a line-art drawing of an MV Agusta Superveloce (a firm favourite bike of the group), with a few small details to link back to the South Asian heritage. I also worked up a secondary layout with more readable text for formats that are slightly smaller.
