The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate only. Orders may arrive sooner or later depending on processing times, production schedules, and carrier delays.

Most in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipping.


PRODUCT QUALITY & CARE

All Illestraider products are created using high-quality materials and professional printing methods. To ensure the longevity of your apparel:

• Wash garments inside out in cold water
• Use mild detergent
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly over printed designs

Proper care helps preserve color, print quality, and fabric integrity.

MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you need to modify your order, please contact us at contact@illestraider.com as soon as possible after placing it. We cannot guarantee changes once production or fulfillment has begun.


CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Orders begin processing quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may cancel your order only if it has not yet entered production. Please email contact@illestraider.com immediately if you need assistance.


HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Refund amounts include the product price and applicable taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an Illestraider error.

PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, duplicate orders, or if your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact contact@illestraider.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Illestraider is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking numbers may take several hours to update after shipment. If your tracking link shows no movement, please allow some time and check again later.


BECOMING AN ILLESTRAIDER RETAILER

If you are interested in becoming an authorized Illestraider retailer, you must have:

• A valid business license
• A physical retail storefront

Applications to sell Illestraider products from home-based operations or auction websites will not be considered. Please contact contact@illestraider.com for inquiries.


SPONSORSHIP

Illestraider selectively partners with creators and athletes who align with our brand values. Unsolicited sponsorship requests may not receive a response.


DONATION REQUESTS

Donation requests may be submitted via email to contact@illestraider.com. Due to volume, we cannot fulfill all requests.

To ensure authenticity, purchase Illestraider products directly from illestraider.com.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.
