Commercial

The licensed asset may be used in up to 5,000 end products for sale

Can be used for

  • Up to 5,000 physical or digital end products for sale
  • One business social media account owned and managed by the licensee
  • Unlimited physical advertisements for local markets
  • Digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions
  • Broadcast and streaming for up to 500,000 lifetime viewers

Cannot be used for

  • Native apps, web apps, or games
Extended Commercial

The licensed asset may be used in up to 250,000 end products for sale

Can be used for

  • Up to 250,000 physical or digital end products for sale
  • Unlimited business social media accounts owned and managed by the licensee
  • Unlimited physical advertisements for local, national, and global markets
  • Digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions
  • Broadcast and streaming for unlimited lifetime viewers
  • One native app, web app, or game downloaded or sold up to 250,000 times

Font Licenses

The following terms apply to font products only.

Font licenses are based on who uses the font and how it is deployed, including desktop, web, ebook, and app use.

Desktop Use (Seats)

Font licenses are sold by seat. One seat allows one individual to install and use the font on their devices. Additional seats must be purchased at checkout when available. Fonts may be used for personal or commercial design work, including logos, apparel, packaging, and marketing materials.

Font files may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Client Work

Fonts may be used in client projects by the licensed designer. The font file itself may not be provided to the client. If the client requires direct access to the font, they must purchase their own license.

Webfont Use

Use of fonts as live text on websites (via CSS or @font-face) requires a Webfont License. Webfont licenses cover one domain only and are intended for dynamic text use. Fonts may not be used for apps, games, or software under this license.

Ebooks & Digital Publications

Fonts may be embedded in eBooks or PDFs under a Commercial or Extended Commercial License. Fonts must be embedded securely and may not be extractable.

Apps, Games & Software

Embedding fonts in mobile apps, desktop apps, games, or software interfaces requires an Extended Commercial License. Embedded fonts must be non-extractable.

Usage Restrictions

Applies to all digital assets, including fonts, illustrations, and graphics, unless otherwise stated.

Prohibited Uses

  • Reselling or redistributing the asset in its original or modified form
  • Including the asset in templates, bundles, or products for resale
  • Sharing asset files with third parties
  • Claiming ownership or authorship of the asset
  • Using the asset in a way that allows others to extract, download, or reuse it

Additional Font-Specific Restrictions

  • Font files may not be embedded in templates, apps, or systems where the font can be extracted
  • Font files may not be transferred to clients, collaborators, or contractors without a separate license

All assets remain the intellectual property of ILLESTRAIDER™. Purchasing a license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the original files.
