This website is operated by ILLESTRAIDER™. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ILLESTRAIDER™. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
SECTION 3 - PRODUCT ACCURACY & VARIANCE
We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, because every ILLESTRAIDER™ piece is made-to-order via our fulfillment partners, slight variations in color, print placement, and garment texture are a hallmark of the custom process and are not considered defects. We do not warrant that the quality of any products or information purchased will meet your subjective expectations.
SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS & PRICING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice.
SECTION 5 - BILLING & ACCOUNT SERVICES
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING & RETURNS PRIORITY
Our Shipping Information and Returns & Exchanges policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference. For limited-run collections or holiday drops (e.g., the USA 250 Series), specific deadlines and "No Buyer’s Remorse" clauses posted on those pages take precedence over these general terms.
SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
