ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER?
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. ILLESTRAIDER™ covers all costs to facilitate a replacement and make it right.
For packages lost in transit, please notify us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
LIMITED SERIES & EXCHANGES
Because every piece is made-to-order specifically for you, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (changing your mind).
Size Exchanges: To maintain our studio's efficiency, size exchanges are handled at our discretion. Please consult the Size Chart on the product page carefully before ordering. If an exchange is approved, the customer may be responsible for the reshipment costs of the new item.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or remains unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. Unclaimed orders without a secondary shipping payment will be donated to charity after 30 days.
