Issues with Your Order?
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. We'll cover the costs to make it right.
For packages lost in transit, please let us know no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by you or your customer, or if a shipment is unclaimed, you'll be responsible for the reshipment costs. We'll reach out to confirm an updated address before sending it out again.
Important: If you haven't set up an account and billing method with us, any orders returned due to a wrong address or being unclaimed cannot be reshipped and will be donated to charity at your cost, without a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sealed goods, including but not limited to face masks, if they have been unsealed after delivery. These items will be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
Buyer's Remorse & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse (e.g., if you simply change your mind).
Returns for products (excluding face masks) and size exchanges are offered at our discretion and expense. If you wish to return an item or exchange a size, please contact us first. If we agree to the return or exchange, you will need to place a new order for the desired item or size, and the cost will be at our expense.
For Customers in Brazil: If you regret a purchase, you must contact our customer service within 7 consecutive days of receiving your item and provide a picture. We will evaluate the request, but a refund may not be possible if the product was used or destroyed (even partially).
