Counter Notification (If You Believe You’ve Been Wrongfully Accused)
If a DMCA takedown notice has been submitted against you and you believe the material was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification including:

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
